We are changing the way we book our appointments

TOTAL TRIAGE

We will now triage appointments for both urgent and routine problems. If you call the surgery you will be kindly asked to complete an online form.

You can make a request from 8:00am Monday to Friday and until we have received the maximum amount of requests.

To arrange an appointment, you will be required to complete an online form, providing us with brief information regarding your problem. We will continue to operate on 1 problem per appointment. This will also mean 1 form per problem.

If you require help our reception staff are here to assist you in completing the form. Our phone lines will remain open as usual.

Your request will be reviewed and you will be offered an urgent or routine appointment or alternatively signposted to a more appropriate clinician. We may also signpost you to other services or provide you with self care advice. If your symptoms are felt to be more of an emergency we may also direct you to the Emergency Department.

We are not currently offering nurse appointments on this basis.
