If you would like to make a complaint, please see the reception team for a copy of our complaints procedure. Complaints should normally be made within 12 months of an incident or of the matter coming to your attention.
Upon receipt of a formal complaint we will endeavour to respond within 3 working days to acknowledge your concerns.
We will aim to resolve this within 10 working days however depending on the circumstances this may take longer. If you do not with to complain direct to the practice, you can contact NHS England to raise your concerns.
